Full Job Description
Magnolia Wellness & Psychology is seeking a full-time postdoctoral fellow to join our team to provide testing and evaluation services in Roswell, GA. We are a private psychology practice in Roswell, GA specializing in diagnostic and comprehensive ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disability evaluations for children and adolescents (ages 3-17) and adults (18+).
The Postdoctoral Fellowship at Magnolia Wellness & Psychology offers advanced, supervision-intensive training in comprehensive psychological assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. This fellowship is designed for emerging psychologists seeking to develop deep expertise in neurodevelopmental and learning evaluations within a neuro-affirming, diagnostically rigorous, and client-centered framework.
This is a volume and depth-based testing position. Fellows are mentored closely in developing clinical precision, conceptual clarity, and ethical integrity in every stage of the evaluation process.
Core Areas of Focus
- Autism evaluations (including high-masking presentations and adult identification).
- ADHD evaluations across the lifespan.
- Learning disability assessments (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia).
- Differential diagnosis and complex clinical presentations.
Fellows receive training across diverse referral questions, ages, cultural backgrounds, and diagnostic profiles while developing specialized expertise in neurodevelopmental assessment. This fellowship provides structured, high-level supervision in comprehensive clinical interviewing, grounded test administration, integrated report writing, and feedback and communication.
Ideal candidates should have:

- Be interested in the integration of clinical excellence and business sustainability.
Applicants should have completed their doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology and a pre-doctoral internship in psychology before beginning postdoctoral training. The graduate program must be from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited or ASPPB/National Register designated program, and an APA accredited predoctoral internship is preferred but not required. Previous psychological assessment experience is required.
